The Farm House Collection is the simple, cozy set that you have been looking for! Each item is available for sale separately or together as the full collection. Below are descriptions of each item within the collection:

The Duvet: The Farm House Duvets are made from the finest 100% cotton Italian Percale. Covered buttons accent the bottom of this duvet, and the button color coordinates with the color of the duvet. Inside the cover you will find sturdy, well attached ties to secure your duvet insert at all four corners. Generously sized after pre-washing -- 92x96 for queen, and 108x96 for king.  The Farm House Duvets will drop 16" on sides and bottom of bed, so they work well even if you have a deep mattress. Not skimpy in size. 

We recommend a Down Inc. Classic™ Down Alternative duvet insert, but this duvet cover is sized to fit any duvet insert you may have.

The Sham: The Farm House Double Ruffle Shams feature a soft 100% cotton Italian Percale. Two ruffles of varying lengths add a romantic interest in this collection. The sham has an envelope closure on the back.

The Fitted & Flat Sheet: Tuscan Village Sheets start with the finest USA grown Pima cotton, selected for being sustainably grown and for being the finest cotton available anywhere. This ensures consistent quality year after year in the final sheeting fabric. Our Italian partner then spins and weaves the Pima cotton into beautiful percale, and then using their proprietary finishing techniques, create the most luxurious percale fabric imaginable. We use this fabric to make your Tuscan Village sheets and pillow cases just for you. We carefully make each of these Tuscan Village Sheet Sets to order. To the crisp white cotton sheeting we add 1/2" elastic all the around to ensure a snug fit on your mattress. The Panels: The Farm House Ruffled Rod Pocket Curtain Panels are beautifully designed with a single 9½ inch ruffle at the bottom of each panel. Each light filtering panel measures 39 inches wide, has a 2 inch header at the top and will accommodate up to a 3 inch rod. Made from 100% fine Italian cotton fabric that we import directly from Italy. Available in 5 lengths and 9 colors.

The Bed Skirt: The Farm House Ruffled Bed Skirts are beautifully designed with a single ruffle from 100% fine Italian cotton fabric that we import from Italy. Made with our exclusive Easy On™ construction. No need to remove your mattress.

 We offer this in Queen and King bed sizes, and in standard lengths of 15", 18" and 21" and also custom lengths to meet any need you may have. Please measure from the top of your box spring to the floor to get an accurate drop length.

The 26x26 Euro Pillow Shams: Anchor the pillows on your bed with these gorgeous Euro Shams made of Pebbletex designer fabric in 20 solid colors.  You are sure to find a match to your existing bedding, or create a whole new ensemble as these match our EasyOn Bed Skirt Collection! These euro shams are a perfect complement to some of the other bedding products we make (Like The Farm House Collection) or to complement other bedding products you may already own.

These Euro Shams are sized to fit a 26x26 pillow and have a 1 1/2 inch flange all the way around making the overall outside dimension 29x29.  The back features an envelope closure with a 6 inch overlap. 

We make these as ordered, so please allow 3-4 days production time. Euro Shams are sold individually.
